[liblouis-liblouisxml] liblouisxml: Errors with EXPORT_CALL

Hello,

I tried to compile liblouisxml, but I got a bunch of errors which are
due to the usage of EXPORT_CALL.  This macro is not defined on my
system, where is it supposed to come from?
