[liblouis-liblouisxml] liblouisutdml build issue on latest MacOS

Being the gutten for punishment that I am I decided to tilt at the
liblouisutdml build process again. This time I cloned the source from Google
code and did an autogen.sh when I do the make this is what I get any ideas?
