Get it from http://www.brailleblaster.org It works on my machine, but it
must be tested on a different one. At the terminal type the command
java -XstartOnFirstThread -jar brailleblaster.jar
Please also try adding it to the desktop or dock.
Please read the getting-started.txt file. It will tell you how to use
the translate and emboss subcommands.
Please try the embossNow! menu item and also the emboss subcommand to
see what happens.
