[liblouis-liblouisxml] Precedence of rule definitions

Hi John, all,
I wanted to check the following:
The sinario is as follows:
table x.ctb includes x1.cti and x2.cti (in that order)
if a symbol is defined in x1 and in x2, which definition takes
precedence? or is the behaviour undefined?
What I want to be able to do is to override a previously seen definition.
