The patch was made against the file, dated 19 March 2012, but since
then all tables have been converted to utf-8.
In any case, it wasnt any trouble, main thing is that we keep improving
the tables. :)
Also to enable correct reading of unicode braille, what do you think
about adding "include braille-patterns.cti" to the last line of
no-no-g0.utb?
