[liblouis-liblouisxml] Misplaced period and number sign

John and all,
In the translation of scripture citations in the attached file Braille
Blaster puts the number sign before the period. They are in the form
Eph.4:31. This is translated Eph#.4:31. Is this to be expected for some
reason or is this a bug?
BTW: Which list should messages like this be sent to?
