[liblouis-liblouisxml] Ensuring that the current working version of liblouis is being used

Hi,

 

I want to make sure that I am using my current version of liglouis with the
right tables in stead of the version in /usr/local/share/liblouis. I suppose
it is a matter of setting the right variables, but I would be glad if
someone could give me a hint on how to do it right under Ubuntu.
