[liblouis-liblouisxml] Eitan and Jamie now on liblouisxml project

The liblouisxml project now has the same owners and members as the
liblouis project. Eitan had two Google logins, so I used the second,
eitan@xxxxxxxxxxxx . I hope this is ok. Now we need some Windows
programmers as members on both projects. I'm continuing to pursue the
problem with building on the Mac.
