Hello,My point here really being, for those codes which do not specify computer Braille codes, what should one use for compbrlTable in liblouisutdml as liblouisutdml will always refer to the table in that setting for certain elements like the code element in ePub.
Is it likely to be their grade 1 table? Michael Whapples On 16/05/2014 18:15, Joseph Lee wrote:
Hi, The safest one to use would have been UEB grade 1, but because of current limitations, I'd recommend holding off on using UEB grade 1 for a while. Also, some braille codes doesn't specify computer braille outright. So my question is when creating a UEB based LibLouisUTDML configuration what should I do for the setting compbrlTable? I understand the setting compbrlTable is used for certain parts of a document (eg. <code> elements within ePub). If I do not provide compbrlTable setting at all then I assume the default computer Braille table will be used, which probably is wrong. If I give the compbrlTable setting but provide no value I am uncertain what the result would be. I do not know whether liblouisutdml would even accept such a configuration. So what am I meant to do?
