Looks like the plan to get sem_names.h to be automatically built by make breaks the VC build system.


Quite obvious really, such a change should be made to the VC build system as well.

VC is the preferred build tool on Windows, so we cannot have GNU make only solutions. Christian please find a fix or this will have to be reverted.
