[liblouis-liblouisxml] Build error on liblouis gone

Hi Christian,

With the last gnulib upgrade there is no longer a build error. There are 
several warnings about lou_trace, but you know about those.

Now perhaps the same gnulib upgrade can be applied to liblouisutdml. If 
there is a problem we can always revert to the provious version.

There are lots of requests for new features in liblouisutdml and 
liblouis.
