[leveller] Possible hang when resampling heightfield

There is an intermittent error that can occur whenever the pixel resolution of the heightfield changes (e.g., Edit, Resample), which will cause Leveller to temporarily display artifacts or crash.


What's happening internally is that a window update event sometimes occurs before the vector shape draping texture is told to resize to match the heightfield resolution, and this confuses the renderer. The problem is suspected to exist in all prior 3.x versions.
