- USGS DEM Import 2.0: Brute force span calc (ignore header) option
reinserted, to handle DEMs whose headers had bogus span info.
- Deterrace 1.3.0.1: Performance loss fixed (Hay's terrain now takes
under three minutes at 1.6Ghz with sea level deselected), also fixed
bug where if the selmask was a subset, would not update correctly.
