[leveller] Leveller 3.1 available

In the merry merry month of May... :)
Leveller 3.1 is now officially available. In addition to the previously
mentioned changes, there are two new commands in the View menu which let
one easily move the camera to what the map is showing and vice versa.
Some plug-ins were added/improved. These are automatically included in
the 3.1 package but will be made available separately for 3.0 users.
3.1 is a free upgrade for existing 3.0 users; no price change otherwise
for new users or for users of earlier versions.
