I don't think that you need much (if any) software in the adapter. I believe you need only enough to "trick" the camera into thinking that there is an auto focus lens on it. (At least, that is the method used with Canon adapters.) If this can be achieved, then focus confirmation could be used, even with the 400 Telyt!!!! I also believe, that if you can master it, there is a market for it. I, for one, would buy one!
