Cool.  Do they do anything for you?  I might not have centered the the scene 
from the lower left as much, but they both look good to me.  No missing pixels 
that I can see.

  yes CA is colourful place to go - you basically just poin and shoot! 

  As for making two photos out of one, you have to realize that these are 6mpx 
shots only (Nikon D40 with "not the sharpest" kit lens). It would not work, I'm 
afraid :-(

    Great colors.

    I love the symmetry of #2.  

    #1 could almost make two separate photos.  One (on top) with the boat on 
the right and the wake trailing behind, a long photo like a panorama.

    And the subjects on the lower left cropped to almost fill the frame, maybe 
placing them towards the left of the frame.

    Others may disagree....
