The local newspaper here in Hannover reported today :
Leica Camera AG has sold the Projector branch
Leica Projection GmbH Zett Geräte, in Braunschweig to the Allegra
Capital Group in Munich (a holding company),
the price was not released.
Leica is said to be restructuring their operations and concentrating on
camera production.
The workforce in Solms was already reduced by around 20% (117 of the
558) employees in April
