The BBC may be right although there's no local level as the system is
unified ...
DSK would probably have been charged, but most surely not put in
custody, and shown to the media in braces (illegal here due to the
presumption of innocence ...)
Also, prosecutors are not elected and this makes a bit of a
difference ...
