Walter,It offers a great opportunity for staying home where it's nice and warm - probably the most strenuous activity I'll take on today is to sit and stroke the cat - if I'm lucky - if not, there'll be a mountain of translation work rolling in from my agents from companies wanting their Christmas Greetings turned into English asap :-)
Best wishes from Hannover to you and yours for the festive season Douglas Walter Kramer wrote:
Thanks Douglas for the shots, I enjoyed them ... however maybe the grey slush offers other opportunities ...Douglas Sharp wrote:Thanks for taking a look Eric, and your kind comments. Our son (21) just buggered off with the car without asking - so guess who had to walk along the canal bank to the local supermarket to get some coffee! As if the weather wasn't depressing enough. If he wasn't over 6ft tall and didn't spend half his time pumping iron, I'd probably beat the living daylights out of him when he gets back ;-)Anyway, I took a camera along, there weren't any colours to speak of, sohere are some equally dreary B&W shots.
