[LRflex] Housekeeping: Digest users, please read.

When you are replying to the digest, please remove all text except a
small portion of the post to which you are replying.
There are two reasons for this. The first is common courtesy ... no
one needs to read an entire day's posts, in order to find your two line answer.
The second is actually the more important one.
This is a world-wide list, with folks in 22+ countries. Many are on
dial-up and living in countries where they must pay for both their
internet access and local phone lines by the minute. In past, we've
had members in Mongolia and Nepal, receiving their email via
sat-phone (very expensive!). When you simply hit "reply", without
editing out the dross, you force them to pay to download an entire
day's worth of posts, again. Neither polite, nor kind.
So, please, edit your replies, before you click on "send".
