muck and sky

Last week I posted a picture that was a little joke about a cat and water.

Today I was looking at the picture as it was before I cropped it, pretty
much out of the camera, and thought I'd share it.  The action?  They are
cleaning the muck that has accumulated from the outfall of a water treatment
plant.
