my bradbrad.com homepage is hosted by a friend on a computer called
suad.org, which stands for Server Under A Desk. he runs the server as
a favor to a bunch of his friends and hosts their websites and some
mailing lists on it. he doesn't charge for his services but does
solicit donations. right now he's aiming to upgrade the server. what
you got is just the default page, which apparently you get instead of a
regular 404 message from SUAD.
