Mike:Thanks, I liked <http://www.mountain-and-desert.com/Commercial_top/Kannon_Do_New_Zendo/DLC-KNNDO-New0224-5.htm>DLC-KNNDO-New0224-5 too. It was an image I'd previsualized for awhile. Unfortuately, the Zendo's board (my client in this case) didn't go for it. They liked <http://www.mountain-and-desert.com/Commercial_top/Kannon_Do_New_Zendo/DLC-KNNDO-New0157-56.htm>DLC-KNNDO-New0157-56 (the bell) and <http://www.mountain-and-desert.com/Commercial_top/Kannon_Do_New_Zendo/DLC-KNNDO-New0209-5.htm>DLC-KNNDO-New0209-5 (the altar).
I recommended <http://www.mountain-and-desert.com/Commercial_top/MHarvey_ordination/EVE-MHarvey3-07A.htm>EVE-MHarvey3-07A, but they didn't go for that either. The image of Les you liked, <http://www.mountain-and-desert.com/Commercial_top/MHarvey_ordination/EVE-MHarvey3-17A.htm>EVE-MHarvey3-17A, shows too much of the old Zendo. The images are for the new Zendo's brochure. Yes, the important part is Les looking like a Zen Roshi, but they didn't like it. I'm a little disturbed by the blurred heads in the background too - I used a 50mm f/1 Noctilux at f/1.2, and it didn't blur enough.
Check your email client's text font formatting - you probably set the color to orange accidentally when you increased the size.
In Eudora, font size and color are set in Edit => Text => Font. In Outlook, use Format => HTML to change formatting capabilities and then Format => Font to change color. Mac OS X is the most intuitive - simply click the 'Colors' icon above your new message.
Microsoft Outlook is the clunkiest - typical... ;-> Mark Bohrer Wildlife Photography on the Urban Edge www.mountain-and-desert.com At 02:16 PM 1/12/2007, you wrote:
I really like all of them, but EVE-MHarvey3-17A and DLC-KNNDO-New0224-5 are knockouts, IMOEve really does show the guy the way I'd like to see such a portrait... calm reflective, smudge out the faces more in the background (and yes i know you don't like the lighting, but it appears top be what was there...BTW why the heck are my words all orange? <G> ML
