On November 29, participatingLubbock nonprofits will take part in
#GivingTuesdayLBK. This is an opportunity for everyone in our community to come
togetherfor a common purpose: To celebrate generosityand give locally. SPWRC is
participating in #GivingTuesdayLBK, and every donation will be maximized
through amatching gift from the CommunityFoundation of West Texas. Your
donation will go a longway in helping us reach our $3,500.00 goal. All
donations made on the website and Facebook through November 29thwill count.
Funds raised during thiscampaign will be used for food and supplies to care
for our native wildlifeadmissions. The center has admitted over 3000 animals so
far in 2016. Birds are the highest in numbers of animals brought to the
center.
