Applications are now being accepted for the 2016 OTPC Community Champion Award
Program. Award categories include: tobacco, obesity, children's health,
behavioral health and other.
The deadline for submission (electronic) is Friday, May 20, 2016 at 5 PM. All
nominees selected to receive a 2016 OTPC Community Champion Award will be
notified on or before June 30, 2016.
In addition, 2016 Community Champions will receive recognition at a special
awards luncheon during the OTPC Synergy Conference on Wednesday, August 31,
2016 at the NCED Conference Center in Norman, OK.

Last year, a record number of submissions were submitted! The submission
