[korgypark] x5d in Cubase

I am using Cubase SX. When defining the X5d, there isn't a model for it
but there is one for a 05R W. Is this basically the same model as the
X5D. The factory patches seem the same. Also, is there a decent editor
that works with Cubase? What I'm looking for is a quick way to get any
modified sounds accessible from within Cubase. The defaults are there,
but what if I change them.
