I will have a couple of guests with me tonight for the FD Board
meeting. Major Tim Bruner, the 173 FW CES Commander/Fire Marshall. He also
is the North County Liaison for an conflagrations that involve NGB/OPLAN
Smokey. SMSgt KJ Aubut, the 173 FW Emergency Manger, he drafted the OPLAN
Smokey and does all emergency management for Kingsley.
