Good morning, all, another email to the entire group for the Prevention Video 
Project and per Bonnye Spray @ Chiloquin Fire & Rescue there will be a video 
production day with Totally Inspired Video this Thursday (16th) at 1000 at the 
Chiloquin Airport.  We do have numerous agencies involved but more 
participation and/or input you may have from prior emails are encouraged as we 
collectively go thru the project to strive for an excellent product.   If 
interest and/or have any input, please get ahold of one of the Cooperative

Good morning, all! This email is going out to the larger Prevention Cooperative 
group for two purposes.... first one is to catch folks up on a local Prevention 
Video project that is well on its way (see attached notes and email below) and 
it's not too late for input and/or assistance to the project. The other purpose 
is to ask to see if anybody has any quality wildfire images and/or videos that 
you'd be willing to share/forward/drop to the below Dropbox or you can forward 
them on to me as well.  Some of the video will pertain to already taken imagery 
and/or video and we'd like to include yours!

Deadline for video production clips to Todd is December 15th. If you are in 
this email you need to look and read the two attached documents ASAP so we can 
meet the deadlines for filming which is in Chiloquin next Thursday, the 16th 
Weather permitting. Evan, we do have to alternates for you incase it's too much 
or your schedule for going out of town doesn't align but we would like to know 
that as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the next inline. Sorry we 
have struggled to get participation throughout the COOP partners and need to 
make the most of this $7500 from KOG and get stuff to Todd by the deadline 
December 15th. We appreciate everyone's support. .

I did try to encompass all the edits and changes into the script that we talked 
about today. I don't think I missed anything, but you can use your discretion 
to edit the remaining issues that you find yourselves. Jennifer Crites, I do 
think you should do a full read through of the completed script and see if you 
see any liability issues, concerns, other needed changes.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'm off through next Monday starting at 
1800 but feel free to give me a call if needed. Wyatt
