One correction to Jaimie's comments, though.....

The 30th anniversary White Album release wasn't a remaster. It was just
a repacking to include the poster and photos that had come with the
original LP in the 60s. A comparison of the discs shows a bit for bit
identical disc to the 1987/1988 CDs. In fact, the ID on the disc is
identical and your drive/player in your computer won't know which one it
has when checking the CDDB until you tell it.
