[kismac] Succesful Cracking stories?

Hey Guys,
I'm wondering who has had success cracking a 128-bit WEP with KisMAC.
I've been slowly collecting IVs since September and have only gotten
140,000 from one source.
Some nights I get a 1-4MB dump file, sometimes just 0-40 KB.
And I need a lot more.
And that's just the most successful one. The others have only about
50,000 IVs collected in the same time.
What has your experience been?
Could this router be changing its key?
Do they have some other form of protection?
Any info would be helpful.
