[kismac] KisMAC 0.2.99 is out!

I'm pleased to announce that 0.2.99 is out!
You could download at
http://update.kismac-ng.org/binaries/KisMAC-0.2.99.dmg
Starting from now, trunk is for DEVELOPMENT ONLY.
It will contains very unstable code and broken stuff.
Please don't use in production. Sparkle is disabled for trunk,
obviously.
TAGS are for Release source code.
0.2.99 is first x.y.z release, a little unstable, with some bugs, 0.3
will
be first stable release.

Xcode Changes
Created Subprojects and integrated in Xcode
Get rid of compile.command
Added root Makefile for fast and simple compilation (make development
and
make release)
Added KisMAC.dmg target with artwork (still some bugs)
Converted old projects to .xcodeproj format
KisMAC changes
Added WPA2 support
Added Column customization on Main View
Added Management and Control packet counter into Details View
Added "Test Injection" test to check if AP or Client is reachable at
different rates (experimental)
Splitted tests (Deauth, Injection) into separate plugins
Some Fixes
Added Sparkle support
Please be patient about features that are not included here and some
introduced bugs. 0.2.99 it's a necessary step, 0.3 will be way better!
