The National Weather Service IN Wilmington Has Issued A Wind
Chill Warning...Which Is IN Effect Until Noon EST Thursday. A
Wind Chill Advisory Has Also Been Issued. This Wind Chill
Advisory Is IN Effect From Noon Thursday To Noon EST Friday.

* Hazard Types...Accumulating Snow...Reduced Visibilities
  Including Brief Whiteout Conditions...Blowing Snow...And Cold
  Wind Chill Readings.

* Accumulations...Additional Snow Accumulations Of An Inch Or Less
  Will Be Possible Through This Evening. 

* Wind Chill Readings...Will Drop To 25 Below To 30 Below Tonight
  Into Thursday Morning. Wind Chill Readings Will Be 15 Below To
  25 Below Thursday Afternoon Into Friday Morning.

* Timing...Snow Showers And Snow Squalls Will Occur Across The
  Area Through The Early Evening Hours. Thereafter...The Snow Will
  Taper Off.

* Impacts...Travel Difficulties Are Expected Due To Reduced
  Visibilities Including Brief Whiteout Conditions...Blowing
  Snow...And Snow Accumulations. The Frigid Conditions Will Be
  Dangerous To Those Venturing Outside. Exposure May Cause
  Frostbite.

* Winds...Will Be West 10 To 20 Mph. Gusts Of 25 To 35 Mph Are
  Expected Through Early Wednesday Evening.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions...

A Wind Chill Warning Means The Combination Of Very Cold Air And
Strong Winds Will Create Dangerously Low Wind Chill Values. This
Will Result IN Frost Bite And Lead To Hypothermia Or Death If
Precautions Are Not Taken.

Remember...A Winter Weather Advisory For Snow Means That Periods
Of Snow Will Cause Primarily Travel Difficulties. Be Prepared For
Snow Covered Roads And Limited Visibilities...And Use Caution

A Wind Chill Advisory Is Issued When A Strong Wind Will Combine
With Cold Temperatures To Create Dangerously Cold Conditions For
Exposed Skin.  The Wind Will Make It Feel Like It Is Between
10 And 24 Degrees Below Zero For A Period Of Several Hours. Those
Planning To Venture Outdoors Should Use Common Sense And Dress
Warmly... Making Sure That All Exposed Skin Is Covered.
