Dear friends A happy and successful new year to all. At long last the Kindersite database is working. I would like to apologise to everyone for the extremely long wait, but I have now changed servers and I hope a stable and continuous service will be available. I am aware that a number of links need to be updated and I hope to start work on them soon. In the interim period I have added the Lullabies of Europe to the Kindersite. These include 7 animated lullabies and also 35 audio samples in 7 European languages see http://www.kindersite.org/Lullabies/Lullabies.htm . They have been produced by the Lullabies of Europe European Union project that has now concluded. I am hoping that a Cd of all the Lullabies will be available soon. If you write to me directly at my email address below, I will save your inquiries and send you details when the CD is ready. Special Needs Research - help request Ian Cousins, a mature research student at the University of the West of Scotland, has asked me if the 'Kindersitters' could help him with his research. He is studying what specialist requirements are needed when building a 'Virtual Learning Environment', like Moodle, for Special Needs students. If Special Needs is part of your field, Ian would be very grateful for your insight. Ian can be contacted at: Ian.Cousins@xxxxxxxxx You can see a full description of his research at: http://cis.paisley.ac.uk/cous-ee0 Best wishes to all Joel Joel H Josephson.
