מי שחושב שהסימן היחידי להתקף לב הוא רק
כאב בזרוע השמאלית/ימנית – אתם טועים.
יש עוד סימפטומים.
אדם צריך להיות מודע גם לכאב חריף ב...סנטר,
כמו גם לסחרחורת והזעה קשה,
אך סימנים אלה יופיעו בתכיפות קטנה יותר.
הערה: ייתכן שכלל לא יהיה כאב בחזה בזמן
התקף לב.
רוב האנשים (כ-60%) שהיה להם התקף
בשנתם,
לא התעוררו.
אולם, אם נוצר כאב בחזה הוא עלול להעירך
אפילו משינה עמוקה.
אם זה קורה, המס מיד שני כדורי אספירין בפיך
ובלע אותם עם מעט מים.
לאחר-מכן טלפן לשכן או לבן משפחה שמתגורר
בסמוך, ואמור בקול ברור וצלול:
"התקף לב!!!"
וציין שנטלת 2 אספירינים.
שב על כיסא או על ספה והמתן להגעתם.
אל תשכב!!!
קרדיולוג מומחה ציין שאם כל אחד,
לאחר שקיבל את המייל הזה, ישלח אותו
ל-10 אנשים, יש לשער שחייו של אדם אחד
לפחות יינצלו.
