using the "inverse pyramid" Method.
which is used to release negative emotions with surprising ease,
Wonderful for to release emotions such as anxiety, anger, guilt, stress,
humiliation and more.
in the workshop we will learn the principles of the method,
practice it in a co-driven process,
And learn to implement it by ourselves.
