[karc] garbled email

The problem is with the freelist.

If I use Thunderbird it gets through. If I use Livemail it is garbled. 
Every other email address I use gets the livemail with no problem.

George and I have tried various things with no change in the livemail.

Mail form the freelist gets to me with no problem
