Hi Chip,
My mistake; I misread the circular.
I'm never wrong; on occasion I've been mistaken.
However, now I question why some companies, like Spectrum, do not question my
licence?

RIC-3 available at
http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/smt-gst.nsf/eng/sf01008.html

?If you can find a legal document or a exemption from the regulating authority
please let me know.
As I read RIC-3 you must be an Advanced Amateur to transmit using a remote
station, although I have been know to be wrong in the past.

Hi Chip,
I read somewhere that the restrictions have changed to include basic with
honours?. I'll search for exact details and send it to you.

The Computer has had its Windows and Skype updates.
?Have added some chokes to the setup, however HRD still does not "Stop" the
tuning on 160M.
?Close the tuning window and you should be okay.
?There will be an updated manual out in the near future.
If you are an "Advanced" Amateur you can use the Remote Station.
?See the Remote Station web page on our website ww.ve3kbr.com for details
