Cory Macsween of Cardinal asked Brockville ARC for info recently and I
contacted Bill.

Bill Proctor writes - I have had a few phone calls with him plus he came here
to check out my station. Actually he had already been doing a lot towards
getting his ticket. He took the test about a week ago, passed at 82 percent
and issued callsign VA3YCM. He has purchased a dual bander for 2m and 70cm
so we might be hearing him on some repeater.
