Comments:

Very impressive!!!

I'm surprised that numbers at those high speeds seemed to be easier. They sound
like a blur to me.

Both Bobs put an extra character at the end of the second last numbers group at
50 WPM. I wondered if the original audio had an error. I checked it with an
audio analyser and there is no error. Possibly there was some extraneous noise
on my transmission or on the repeater at that instance.

The F6DQM CW_PLAYER 3.2.1 produces amazingly accurate tones. I'll attach a
screen capture of the first dit-dah at the beginning of 50 WPM. It shows
perfect 100% modulation. The sampling rate is fairly low at 22 KHz. I can
increase that if anyone thinks the audio would be better.

Thanks to VA3GST for being brave. What about the rest of you???

Next week, the CW will probably take on a bit more of a slower-speed,
solid-practice flavour, if there is some interest. I'd like to hear from the 5
- 15 WPM people and see what would be helpful for them. I'm thinking of perhaps
5 two-minute transmissions at 5, 7.5, 10 12.5 and 15 WPM character speeds, with
double spacing between characters. I can do whatever would be useful.

Thanks to all participants.

... Phil VE3HST
