I have 2 RAC bulletins passed along by Quinte ARC. Info may have already
been passed but I didn't see it on the reflector.

Subject: Special Bulletin re Chinese Earthquake Communications
Chinese Amateur operators are asking that 14.270 MHz be kept clear for use
as an emergency frequency in China. While you may not be able to hear any
activity on the frequency, your signal might interfere with those who can
hear you.
This was a devastating earthquake and anything we can do to make the 'in
country' EMCOMM less of a challenge will be helpful.

In addition to the 14.270 MHz frequency in the previous bulletin, we have
been asked to avoid use of 7.050 and 7.060 during the evening.
Remember, you may not hear any activity but you may cause interference to
the Chinese amateurs who can hear you.
