Actually, it isn't. VE3NNV is, as Brad smith said, Cameron Hay who
lives in Kingston. Check the RAC callsign database for verification.
Looking at the KARC list subscribers, I can't tell whether he's a
member as names aren't included in members' subscriptions, an
unfortunate Freelist policy in my view.
