The Ottawa Amateur Radio Club (OARC) is pleased to announce its 19th Annual
Hamfest!
The OARC Hamfest is the premier Hamfest in Eastern Ontario with many
commercial and private vendors. Commercial vendors from previous years
included: RadioWorld, Durham Radio, Macfarlane Electronics Ltd and Maple
Leaf Communications. The OARC Hamfest is held at the W Erskine Johnston
Arena in Carp Ontario (3882 Carp Rd,) approximately 20 kilometres west of
Downtown Ottawa. Next door, and open at the same time is the popular Carp
Farmers Market. Just up the road is the Diefenbunker historic attraction.
This year our Hamfest will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015; this is
the weekend immediately following Labour Day.
