Hi Dave:
Actually, it'll be 16:06 in Newfoundland. They're an hour and a half 
ahead of Eastern Time. There's another time zone in Canada between 
Eastern Time  and Newfoundland Time, Atlantic Time, which is one hour 
ahead of Eastern Time.
