[karc] Echolink is working again

Hello everyone:
I was informed yesterday that Echolink wasn't working. It is now. It
seems Museum staff didn't like the radio audio so instead of just
turning down the volume, which they apparently didn't know how to do,
they disconnected wires. :-) The radio is now turned down completely
so they shouldn't be bothered by it.
