I decided to check on Kingston and we're all safe here. A midnight stroll is still perfectly legal.

Hi Gord:

There are no curfews in the City of Kingston. Some of the Cities in the
Province such as Ottawa have brought in curfews through local By-Laws
because of ongoing vandalism as an example. There have been some
requests made to consider such a move within some of our City parks but
at this time it is only talk.

Good afternoon, councillor.

I was reading a disturbing story (http://tinyurl.com/dbbmr) about a
couple in Ottawa who were fined $115 for taking a walk in their local
park after 11pm and thought I'd enquire as to the status of similar
legislation here. I certainly hope I'm not forbidden from taking a
stroll in Dunham park when I can't sleep?

Cheers & Thanks,
...Gord
