One point to mention also is that many schools are out before Father's
Day...as is the case in Colorado. Our school district was done with last
Friday.

Great resources!!

Thanks!

Subject: [k3] Father's Day

June brings Father's Day in many countries. Here are a few online resources
for Father's Day.

Crafts:
http://www.dltk-kids.com/crafts/dad/index.html
http://www.enchantedlearning.com/crafts/fathersday/

History, Crafts, and more:
http://www.education-world.com/holidays/archives/fathers_day.shtml
http://www.kidsdomain.com/holiday/dad/

Remember two things -

1. Some kids don't have Dads in their lives so be prepared for that.
2. Sometimes we do lots of Mother's Day and little for Father's Day - is
that
"right"?

Please feel free to share your ideas with the group!
