going to remain in the pattern. Four pilots were "spoken to" at
Leesburg today by US Customs for squawking "1200"
Get a briefing from FSS, Check all NOTAMS, and Contact Potomac
Clearance Delivery on 118.55 BEFORE launching into the air.
