FAA  TO ESTABLISH TFR OVER CHANTILLY/CENTERVILLE, VA ON SATURDAY
A NOTAM has  been issued that will restrict flight in the area during 
President Obama's  planned visit. 

==> 10 NM RADIUS NO-FLY ZONE <==
Location:  
On the ARMEL VOR/DME (AML) 157 degree radial at 5.2 nautical miles
From  the surface up to but not including 18000 feet MSL

Times:
3:15 PM  local until 6:30 PM local Saturday, July 14, 2012

1. All aircraft  operations within the 10 nautical mile area listed above, 
known as the inner  core, are prohibited except for: military aircraft 
directly supporting the  United States Secret Service (USSS) and the Office of 
the President of the  United States.  Coordinated and approved law 
enforcement, air ambulance  and firefighting operations must receive approval 
prior to 
entering this  airspace at 866-598-9524 to avoid potential delays. Regularly 
scheduled  commercial passenger and all-cargo carriers operating under one 
of the  following TSA-approved standard security programs/procedures: 
Aircraft  Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP), Full All-Cargo Aircraft 
Operator  Standard Security Program (FACAOSSP), Model Security Program (MSP), 
Twelve  Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP) All Cargo, Or All-Cargo 
International  Security Procedure (ACISP) and are arriving into and/or 
departing 
from 14 CFR  part 139 airports.

2. These NOTAM restrictions supersede the  requirements of the DC Special 
Flight Rules Area (SFRA) where common airspace  is shared. It does not 
supersede the requirements of the DC Flight Restricted  Zone (FRZ) where common 
airspace is shared. In addition, all waivers to FDC  NOTAM 0/8326 and 14 CFR 
part 93 SFRA/FRZ are temporarily suspended during the  time of this NOTAM 
except for waivers beginning with ELO, GOV and  SPO.

3. The following operations are not authorized within this TFR:  flight 
training, practice instrument approaches, aerobatic flight, glider  operations, 
seaplane operations, parachute operations, ultralight, hang  gliding, 
balloon operations, agriculture/crop dusting, animal population  control flight 
operations, banner towing operations, sightseeing operations,  maintenance 
test flights, radio controlled model aircraft operations, model  rocketry, 
Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), and utility and pipeline survey  operations.
