[JA] Email notification appears despite setting web options NOT to notify

I have my web preferences in Juno 4.11 set to NOT notify me when Email
arrives while I am on the web.
However the notification box still pops up and and the Juno button on the
tray blinks whenever mail comes in when I am on the web.
Has anyone any suggestion?
I've sent a "PAT" message to Juno and they've asked to see my
"junoino.exe" program log, which I've sent them.
