The differences are confusing. It has to do with how the list software processes the "to:" and "cc:" lines. I think the list software leaves the "to:" line intact under certain circumstances. I know it sounds a bit strange to say that and it isn't really worth figuring out. Well, I'm not in the middle of another attempt to figure out "to:" processing. However, if someone knows under what circumstances the "cc:" is left intact, that I would very much like to know. I mean just the software used for this list.
